Albiate 1830 x Tenue de Nîmes

Tenue de Nîmes founder Menno van Meurs retails his passion for ‘pure blue’ for well over a decade. On 21 November 2008, his vision on modern and traditional denim was realized and made tangible with the opening of his first Tenue de Nîmes store in Amsterdam. Founded on the basic principles of quality, function and simplicity that are rooted in the history of jeans, the stores have since then evolved into places where they sell what they like to describe as ‘The Good Things in Life’. But this wasn’t enough for Menno, basing on his ten-yearly experience he felt it was time to create its own clothing brand based on quality, transparency and sustainability: a collection of timeless pieces, for men and women alike, that will become the next wardrobe classics.

And that’s why he chose Albiate as the perfect partner for a small capsule collection, made out of two poplins ad two oxfords in plain colors with which he created shirts for men and women.

Basic pieces that perfectly embody the philosophy of Albiate and Tenue de Nîmes: a relentless search for quality and the desire to create products that are not only beautiful, but will accompany you in every adventure life will bring you.
