Autumn Winter 2026/2027 Collection

Crossing Norway

There’s a fleeting moment, deep within the Norwegian fjords, when the landscape seems to take on a tactile form. In that instant, nature speaks in textures, nuances, and movement. That’s where Albiate 1830 begins its creative journey for Autumn/Winter 2026–2027 – a collection inspired by the magic of the Lofoten Islands and the soul of the Nordic wilderness.

Shades of Blue: A New Denim Look
Research, depth, innovation. Albiate 1830 transforms denim into vibrant, dimensional surfaces. Through creative yarn work and weaving techniques, structures come alive with tactile and 3D effects. Brushed denim flannels offer warmth and softness.
Jacquards and fil coupé fabrics narrate Norwegian tales, drawing on inspirations from the Northern Lights to the puffin.
The colour palette is suspended between light and ice: marbled tones, shimmering reflections, and endless shades of blue.

Sport-Inspired Fabrics with a Nordic Heart
The sportier side of the collection bursts with colour – a tribute to northern sunsets and the vivid rooftops of Bergen. Fabrics are dynamic, brushed, and crafted from unconventional yarns.
Unexpected blends, original weaves and refined finishes shape bold, dimensional textiles with raw, lively textures. Wool – often blended with cotton – becomes a key player, unlocking new tactile and visual codes.
The result is a warm, durable and comfortable sportswear offering, where style and performance go hand in hand.

Soft flannels become canvases for delicate patterns made possible by advanced printing techniques. From toile-de-jouy motifs featuring reindeer to geometric prints inspired by Nordic cabins, each pattern tells a story.
The colours range from warm reds and yellows to greens, icy blues and greys – a palette that speaks the understated, sophisticated language of the far North.

Albiate 1830 continues to explore the world – transforming landscapes into fabric, vision, and inspiration. With Crossing Norway, the journey goes further, becoming deeper, bolder, and ever more surprising.
